wow that is beautiful stuff. I had a Lot of sets that were like that or better. I decided not to use them as they were not stiff at all along the grain, but that is not to say yours are not as I've used curly redwood in the past with success. Awesome looking stuff you got there Brad! |

Looks just like the first thing one sees upon waking in the morning face down in the red sandy deserts of Western Australia after a hard night on the turps with the boys...just maybe the carrot is missing tis all.

Brad, there's obviously too many big bumps in that wood to use it. You'll never get that stuff to sit flat! Sure is cool looking though!

Beauty! 
I finally tracked down a Redwood supplier that had what I needed. 
All old growth. All very nicely quartersawn and clear. Now if I only had time to slice it up. Peace,Rich |
